When you make a donation in memory of a friend or loved one, we honor their memory and recognize you for your gift in our annual report unless you indicate you prefer to remain anonymous.
A memorial plaque is another way to honor your loved one. Memorial Plaques are in the main Delta Health entrance and in Oncology, so you can choose where you would like to recognize your friend or loved one. To obtain a Memorial Plaque please contact us.
